Drain Services We Offer

🔧

Clog Clearing

Kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, tub and shower drains, toilet clogs. We use motorized drain snakes and augers to break up and remove blockages thoroughly.

💧

Hydro Jetting

For stubborn grease buildup, heavy root intrusion, or recurring clogs, we use high-pressure hydro jetting to scour pipe walls clean from the inside. More thorough than snaking alone.

Camera Inspection

If the same drain keeps backing up, there’s a reason. We run a camera through the line to find out exactly what’s causing the problem before recommending a fix.

Main Line Cleaning

Multiple slow drains throughout the house usually point to a main sewer line issue. We clear main line blockages and inspect the line to identify any structural problems.

Why Store-Bought Drain Cleaners Are a Bad Idea

Liquid drain cleaners like Drano work by using harsh chemicals to eat through clogs. The problem is they also eat through pipes over time — especially older PVC and metal pipes common in Roswell and Sandy Springs homes. They’re also largely ineffective on grease, which reforms quickly after the chemical passes through. For hair and soap clogs close to the drain opening, they can work temporarily. But for anything further down the line, or for a recurring clog, a chemical product is the wrong tool. A plumber with the right equipment will clear the clog completely and identify if there’s a bigger issue causing it.

Signs You Need a Drain Professional

A single slow drain is usually a localized clog — hair, soap buildup, or grease. Multiple slow drains throughout the house at the same time almost always indicate a problem in the main sewer line rather than individual drains. Gurgling sounds after flushing a toilet or running a sink suggest air is trapped in the line, often because flow is restricted somewhere. Sewage smell coming from drains is a serious warning sign — it means wastewater is not moving through the system properly. Any of these symptoms warrant a call to a plumber rather than another bottle of chemical cleaner.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does drain cleaning take?

A standard drain cleaning for a single fixture usually takes 30–60 minutes. Main line cleaning takes longer. If we find something during camera inspection that needs further work, we’ll let you know before proceeding.

Why does my drain keep clogging?

Recurring clogs usually mean one of three things: the original clog was never fully cleared, there’s grease or mineral buildup coating the pipe walls, or there’s a structural issue like root intrusion or a partial pipe collapse. A camera inspection will tell us which it is.
